Rally-tokokoe jälleen ohjelmassa, tällä kertaa tutussa Activen hallissa ja lyhyen matkan päässä kotoa ;) Mukaan olin ilmoittanut Mortin, Yodan ja Pimun, joista Yoda tärppipäiväinen juoksunarttu.
Rata oli selkeästi vaativampi kuin edellisviikonloppuinen, mutta ei siinä nyt varsinaisesti mitään kauhean pahaa meille pitänyt olla. Kuitenkaan mitään ihan jättipottia kukaan meidän koirista ei onnistunut tekemään. Pimu oli ensimmäinen meidän koirista radalla. Sitä sai kyllä melko lailla rauhoitella ennen suoritusta, mutta mielestäni se oli lopulta ihan ok käsissä, kun oli aika aloittaa suoritus. Ja lopulta olinkin suoritukseemme ihan tyytyväinen.
// Even this weekend I had a rally-obedience competition. I took part with Mortti, Yoda and Pimu, of which Yoda was in heat and had her best days. The course was clearly more difficult than the one of the last weekend but I did not think there was anything very difficult for us. But none of our dogs made a real jackpot this time. Pimu was the first of them on the course. I tried to calm her down and I think she was finally nicely under control and I was satisfied with our course.

Morttia myös sai enemmän rauhoitella kuin innostaa :) Mutta sekin oli kivasti käsissä, kun lähdin radalle. Edellisviikonlopusta olin oppinut, että tsemppaan koiraa ja yritän sen sitä kautta saada kunnolla mukaan suoritukseen. Ja Mortin osalta se kannattikin ;)
Yodan hain autosta kun sitä edellistä edellinen koira oli radalla - Make vei Mortin samalla autoon. Olin rataantutustumisen päätteeksi ilmoittanut muille kilpailijoille (lähinnä urosten omistajille tietysti), että minulla on tärppipäiväinen narttu mukanani. Yoda oli innokas tekemään ja tekikin mielestäni mukavan suorituksen...
// Also Mortti had to be calmed down before the course. But I had him well under the control when I left for the course. I had learned from the last weekend that I have to encourage the dogs to get the best out of them. With Mortti it really was worth it!
I picked Yoda up from the car and Make took Mortti there when there were only two dogs before Yoda. I had told other participants (especially to the male owners, of course) that she was in heat. Yoda was very eager to perform and I thought she made a good course.
Tuloksissa olimme Mortin kanssa lopulta kovatasoisen kisan kolmansia! Osallistujia oli yhteensä 17. Mortille pisteitä 91 ja RTK1 koulutustunnus. Aikamoinen suoritus viriililtä urokselta, kun oma narttu on juoksussa tärpeillään. Mortti on nyt "virallisesti" BH TK1 RTK1 (tämä epävirallinen) Miracle Minx Black Coffee. Aika leuhkaa ;). Pimulle myös hyväksytty tulos 82 pisteellä. Pimun toinen kisa ja toinen hyväksytty tulos, kauaahan sen kanssa ei ole edes treenattu. Yodan tulosta piti odotella kauan. Pelkäsin jo tosissani, ettei sen suoritus yltänytkään hyväksyttyyn tulokseen, mutta ylsi se lopulta: pisteitä 76 ja Yodalle myös koulutustunnus RTK1. Lopulta selvisi, että minä tein radalla kaksi suurta mokaa, joista johtuen menetimme 2 x 10 pistettä. Oppia ikä kaikki, minähän olen harrastanut tätä lajia, -öö- peräti lokakuusta lähtien. Joten kaiken kaikkiaan saan kyllä olla tyytyväinen kaikkien koirien tämän päiväisiin tuloksiin! Onnittelut myös Annelle Ellin ja Mantan koulutustunnuksista! Ei kun eteenpäin kohti seuraavaa luokkaa!
In the results me and Mortti were 3rd among 17 participants! Mortti got 91 points and the title RTK1 (novice class). Quite a performance from a virile male when the own female is in heat and has the best days! Mortti has now the titles BH TK1 RTK1 in front of his name (RTK1 is still unofficial here in Finland). I am proud of him! Pimu got also a qualifying result with 82 points. It was her second competition and second qualifying result, and she has even not been trained long for anything. We had to wait for Yoda's result for a long time. I was scared of that she would not get a qualifying result at all, but finally she did. She got 76 points and also a title RTK1. I had made two big mistakes on the course and they cost us 2 x 10 points... Live and learn. I have been training this event for about six months now, so I have to be just satisfied with the performances and results of all my dogs! Congratulations even to Anne for Elli's and Manta's titles! Let's head forward towards the next class!
