Potilas - a patient

Yoda sterilisoitiin perjantaina perinteisellä avomenetelmällä OuluVetissä. Yoda on toipunut todella hyvin, se oli jaloillaan jo eilen lauantaina. Osansa nopeassa toipumisessa on varmasti sillä, että Reetta on meillä juuri nyt käymässä. Perjantaina, kun Yoda kipulääkityksestä huolimatta oli selkeästi kipeä, parhaan avun ja helpotuksen toi Reetan syli.

Yoda on hieno koira, se on pieni mutta pippurinen, aina positiivinen ja aina valmiina kaikkeen tekemiseen. Harrastuskoirana se on aivan loistava. Mutta ongelmaton se ei ole: se on ehdoton kuningatar, joka määrää - tai haluaa määrätä - mitä muut koirat (ja välillä ihmisetkin) saavat tehdä. Jopa Hessua, joka kuitenkin on lauman ehdoton johtaja korkeasta iästään huolimatta, Yoda haluaa määrätä ja Pimun kanssa sillä on täysin sukset ristissä. Yoda is a great dog, she is little but full of power and eagerness, always positive and always ready to do anything. She is absolutely a gorgeous dog to train anything with. But she has her problems: she is an absolut queen (the Queen) who tells - or wants to tell - what other dogs (and sometimes even people) are allowed to do. She gives orders even to Hessu, who despite his high age still is a pack leader, and she does not get along with Pimu at all. So, the decision that she moves to Reetta and lives there as an only dog for sure is the right one. Now we concentrate in getting her well again, then we pack her things and take her to Reetta, where her heart belongs. Then we start learning to live with a dog pack which has one small but a big person less.
