Oulun näyttely - Oulu dog show

Miia ja Roope lapsineen ja kolmen koiransa kanssa tulivat meille perjantai-iltana. Lyhyiksi jääneiden yöunien jälkeen suuntasimme kolmen ihmisen ja kuuden koiran (joista neljä nyöri-/rastaturkissa) voimin Äimärautiolle. Ensimmäisenä kehävuorossa oli puli Olga (Castlewolf Unique Windy) jolle Marja Talvitie antoi VAL ERI, VAK 1. Puleista ei ROP-koiraa tullut. Sitten aikataulut menivätkin meidän osaltamme jännemmiksi, kun villakoiratuomari Roberto Schill oli arvosteluissaan varsin nopea ja vastaavasti komondor-tuomari Arne Foss hidas. Komondor Atte (Wolfsirius Get's Your Attention) ehti kuitenkin kehään ennen villakoiria. Atelle JUN ERI, JUK 1, SA, PU 1, SERT, ROP, ROP-juniori. Tuomari oli varsin ihastuksissaan Atesta, kehui sen maasta taivaisiin (enkä kyllä ihmettele, jätkä on todella upea ja erityisesti sen luonne on mieletön!), vain kuonon pituudesta löysi huomautettavaa.

// We got a visit on Friday night when Miia, Roope, their children and three dogs came to us. After short sleep in the night we headed towards the dog show area in Oulu with three people and six dogs (of which four had corded coats). The first dog in the ring was white puli Olga (Castlewolf Unique Windy). Olga got VAL EXC, VAK 1 and the BOB was not chosen. Then our timetables became more exciting because Roberto Schill, the judge of poodles, was quite rapid, whereas Arne Foss the one of the komondors slow. Miia's komondor Atte (Wolfsirius Get's Your Attention) was in the ring before our poodles. The judge was extremely charmed by that great fellow (and I do not wonder, especially his character is splendid!). Atte's result: JUN EXC, JUK 1, CQ, BM 1, BOB, BOB-junior.

Sitten oli Leyan (Tyystilyksen Aito Ystävä) vuoro mennä kehään. Reetta esitti Leyan. Leyalle tulokseksi JUN EH, JUK 1. Arvostelu (joka muuten oli kirjoitettu perinteisellä kirjoituskoneella!): "Correct head, could have a little bit more mantern, neck should be more elegant, enough strong back, correct legs, correct set of tail, free movement, good coat pigmentation and temperament."

// Then it was Leya's (Tyystilyksen Aito Ystävä) turn to enter the ring with Reetta. Leya got JUN VG, JUK 1. Her critiques (which was written by an old-fashioned typewriter!): "Correct head, could have a little bit more mantern, neck should be more elegant, enough strong back, correct legs, correct set of tail, free movement, good coat pigmentation and temperament."

Dianen Nora (Garboso Giulietta) sai SA:n ja taisi sijoittua PN-kehässäkin, mutta se haluttu sert jäi saamatta. Tapaamme siis jälleen ensi kesänä ;) ROP (ja RYP2) oli upea Nutlee Roz Doyle, johon olemme tutustuneet naapurimaassa agilityn parissa. Hildasta tuli sekä lauantaina sekä Suomen että Ruotsin muotovalio. Mielettömät onnittelut omistajalleen Ericalle!


// Diane's Nora (Garboso Giulietta) got CQ and I suppose she was placed in the Best Bitch -class as well. But she did not get a CAC so we'll meet in next summer again ;) BOB and Best of group 2 was an awesome Nutlee Roz Doyle which we know from the agility competition in Sweden. She became even Finnish and Swedish Champion! Huge congratulations to her owner Erica!

Ennen mu/ru/va isovillakoirien arvostelun alkamista kuulimme, että tuomari oli hylännyt erinäisiä villakoiria, milloin leikkauksen (terrieri-), milloin värin (liian vaalea aprikoosi eli creme) takia. Minua alkoi jännittää miten meidän nyörivillakoirillemme kävisi, Miia otti rennosti. Mutta jännittämiseni oli aivan turhaa. Hessu (Mermarittan Cowboy Coffee) oli ainoana veteraaniluokassa. Hessun arvostelu: "Correct head, elegant neck, slowly (pitäisi varmaan olla slightly) overbuilt topline, very good underline, correct legs, free movement, very good coat, pigmentation and temperament." Tästä tuloksena VET ERI, VEK 1, SA, PU 3(!), ROP-veteraani! Tuo PU 3-sijoitus oli mieletön! Meidän nyöriturkkinen Hessumme, 11 v., päihitti useita isoissa normicontinentaleissa olleita isovillakoiranuorukaisia. Tässä vaiheessa sanoin Miialle, että tänään juodaan kuohuviiniä.

// Before the colour group black/brown/white of standard poodles I heard that the judge had disqualified several poodles, because of the trim (terrier) or colour (bad apricot, that means cream). I was excited how it would end with our corded poodles, Miia did not care. But it was no need to be excited. Hessu (Mermarittan Cowboy Coffee) was the only one in veteran class. His critiques: "Correct head, elegant neck, slowly (should propably be slightly) overbuilt topline, very good underline, correct legs, free movement, very good coat, pigmentation and temperament." And that lead to VET EXC, VEK 1, CQ, BM 3(!), BOB-veteran! I was so happy about BM3! Our 11 years old Hessu in corded coat beat several youngsters in huge continental clips. At that moment I said to Miia that this evening we will have sparkling wine.

Pimu (Hihhii Bette Midler) esiintyi jun-luokassa Reetan esittämänä myös ihan mukavasti, sille tulokseksi JUN EH, JUK 2 (narttujen junioriluokan voittanut koira oli lopulta ROP). Pimun arvostelu: "Correct head, well set ears, still not enough strong back, good underline, correct legs, tail set high, still soft coat, movement should be more elegant."

// Pimu (Hihhii Bette Midler) went nicely to junior class with Reetta and got JUN VG, JUK 2 (the winner of that class ended as BOB). Her critiques: "Correct head, well set ears, still not enough strong back, good underline, correct legs, tail set high, still soft coat, movement should be more elegant."

Pimpula kehän jälkeen

Miian Asta (Hihhii Asta On Nasta) esiintyi avoimessa luokassa. Ja hyvin esiintyikin. Sille tulokseksi AVO ERI, AVK 1, SA, PN2 (!), vara-sert, cacib. Astalla on jo entuudestaan ainakin yksi cacib, joten saammepa jännätä tuleeko siitä ensimmäinen nyöriturkkinen C.I.B. näillä seuduin.


// Miia's Asta (Hihhii Asta On Nasta) showed herself in the open class. And did it very well! She got AVO EXC, AVK 1, CQ, BB 2(!), res-CAC and cacib. She had already one CACIB, so we'll see if she becomes the first corded C.I.B. poodle in these regions.

Todellakin joimme kuohuviiniä illalla ja söimme mutakakkua, mansikoita ja jäätelöä.
